In this treatise I object to provide professionals and students of medical science with a concise guide to understand and percept their sex .I feel there is a gap among youth sexual knowledge and sex education is poor enough to address this areas. I Attempt to quote and brief scientific information in a way suggested before as the gun-shot statement formula to enable quick understanding and perception Supportive porn material is not suitable for public review and this why distractive images are ruled out Sex remains a complex pool with no definite depth or dimensions and it is hardly difficult to explore clues pertaining to sex and it is impossible to make a justifiable assessment of fundamental issues addressing sex due to secrecy and privacy exhibited by patients. Sex orientation remains a virgin area and researchers believe that cloning might explore it. On the other hand senility represents aging of both sexes with deviation of impotence and climacteric for male and female respectively We have to consider that nature is a beset of antagonism and if elders continue their sexual activities dynamically the outcome would be a huge intolerable mess.
