This study consists of four sections. The first section answers the question of whether there is a market for additional adult education in Germany. By looking at the changes that are currently happening at the macro-level, such as the aging profile of the working population and the changes in the structure of employment, this section of the study analyses the training needs of various segments of the German population.The second section of the study answers the question of what are the market imperatives that a provider will need to deliver in order to gain access to the largest German corporations.The third section of this study - discussion - provides recommendations to the education providers on how to approach the German adult education market in order to capture its significant share, as well as recommendations on further areas of investigation.Taking into consideration the analysis performed in the first two sections, the final section of this study provides an overview of conclusions.
