A lot of studies have been made in the field of entrepreneurship. Most of them viewed this subject from either strategic or economic perspective. They exclude the human factor of the entrepreneurs. This book pin-points the psychological factors of entrepreneurial intention and behavior. The emphasis is on individual's intention to become entrepreneur. This study is intended to investigate the preeminent predictors of entrepreneurial intention and behavior. Comprehensive study has been done involving cognitive characteristics, personality, social capital, emotional intelligence, and motivational traits. What makes this study unique is the comparison between Mongolia and Taiwan, which have relatively different entrepreneurial experience. The most interesting findings are: personality actually does not affect intention. But if combined with emotional intelligence, it will affect strongly on intention. Moreover, two countries' entrepreneurs significantly differ in terms of trusting their business partners, social networking, intention to do their own business, and self management skills. It is hoped that this study will give valuable contribution to both academic and business society.
