The general objective of this book is to evaluate performance of microfinance in selected institutions in Kenya namely, Kenya Rural Enterprise Bank (K-Rep Bank) and Kenya Women Finance Trust (KWFT) during 2010-2011. This book is significant in promoting quality and improved microfinance services to the microfinance clients in Kenya. One of the chief findings of this book is that microfinance has been a success in Kenya but with challenges. The success of microfinance is seen in the growth and profitability of the microfinance institutions.
