Nowadays, it has been absolutely strict that the cruelly competing situation due to the budget controlling programs in the healthcare markets. To survive, hospitals enhance efficiency and high quality of operations to cope with the challenges by applying strategies. How strategies increasing performance in hospitals become the serious questions for discussion.
