An evaluation of hazardous metal transport through the soil media is one of the significant parts of Geo - environmental projects. The concept of contaminant transport relating to the migration or the fate of contaminant miscible in ground water from waste sites, dumping yards and industries are essential for the preparation of ground water contamination models. In the present study, an attempt has been made to analyze the mechanism involves one - dimensional contaminant flow transport considering sorption.
